We discovered that when you add water to flax, it naturally clumps, making
the perfect granola. Here, we start with cranberries, add hot water, flax seeds,
some ground cinnamon, mix in walnut pieces and sunflower seeds,
then lightly bake the mix at a low temperature. It’s an amazingly simple yet
delicious recipe. Better yet, we never add sugar or salt. Nor do we add any
wheats or oats so it’s gluten-free and vegan friendly (please note, we bake
in a facility where breads containing gluten are baked).
