This is our pocket pita. About two ounces each in a bag of eight (approx. one pound), these are bun-sized and very versatile for stuffing salads, etc., or, slice them along the seam and use for sandwiches, or, cut into strips for dips. The great thing about this pita is not only is it 100% sprouted wheat, these guys freeze really well and, amazingly, take them out, throw them in the toaster and watch them - it takes a few minutes - they will puff up again - and come out of the toaster as hot and fresh as they came out of the oven - just be careful - they are hot.
