12oz Ginger Chia with Blueberries "Plan Friendly" Flax Granola

Our newest "The Plan" Approved, Paleo-safe, Flax Granola. This time we took crystallized ginger, and immediately soaked and rinsed the cane sugar off. Then we pureed the softened ginger and added that to our flax-granola base of flax seed, water, molasses and ground cinnamon. Meanwhile, we mixed together chia, flax, water, molasses and cinnamon and baked them into their own granola-sized clusters. We then combined the ginger-flax and the chia-flax clusters , added dried, wild blueberries and our favorite raw sunflower seeds.
