Pocket Pita - Four 5 oz Pita
We take our three ingredient dough - sprouted organic wheat, filtered water and a small amount of sea salt - we take that naturally leavened dough and hand shape into round patties then bake. These patties pocket in two to three minutes and they are done. They are gorgeous, durable (stuffable), and, if you cut them around the seam, they make a great bun.
