12oz Ginger Chia with Blueberries "Plan Friendly" Flax Granola

The Plan Approved, Paleo-safe, kept-friendly Flax seed based Granola. We start with crystallized ginger that we soak and rinse the cane sugar off. Then we pureed the softened ginger and added that to our flax-granola base of flax seed, water, molasses and ground cinnamon. Meanwhile, we mixed together chia, flax, water, molasses and cinnamon and baked them into their own granola-sized clusters. We then combined the ginger-flax with dried blueberries and our favorite raw sunflower seeds.
