Columbia County Bread and Granola

We take our three ingredient bread - wheat (sprouted), water and a small amount of mineral salt, take the dough and hand shape into round patties then bake. They pocket in two to three minutes and they are done. They are gorgeous, durable (stuffable), and, if you cut them around the seam, they make a great bun.

We size them a little smaller than most standard pita because we love to toast them. In the toaster, they pocket all over again and get steaming hot on the inside.

 

The process is labor intensive, hand cut, shaped and rolled into these perfect patties.

Each pita is approximately 3 ounces.

We offer six pita per package.
